Is anybody else had problems redeeming the Asus doom promo code for their recent Asus product purchase? I received a code from the retailer I purchased my ROG SWIFT PG278Q from last week and have been trying to enter this into the website here in conjunction with my monitor's unique serial key and a few other details to validate.

Following all the prompts I have tried numerous times and I am getting 'Incorrect serial number'. I sent an email to the UK ROG promo team and I got a fairly unhelpful reply stating that it 'should work now'. Well as you are reading this it still doesn't work unfortunately and I responded back 5 hours ago. What that even means and how it can 'now work' rather than not is not exactly encouraging.

Am I missing something here? Am I supposed to be entering only part of the code or something?

Working

The format of the code Is 6 Letters and then 6 Numbers. AAAAAA111111 and is printed exactly the same on the warranty card, packaging and it was even accepted by Asus's own customer support portal when registering the device, so clearly it is a 'valid' code to say the least.

Serial Key Generator

A bit frustrating that the customer service is so poor that I have to turn to Reddit to save me.

I am waiting on a reply to my responding email to the email I received but I probably won't hear back before the weekend considering it took them 2 days to string 17 words together.

Doom 3 Dor Serial Key Not Working

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope it is something obvious.

Update: Contact the Promo team at Asus UK contactable with address: PROMO_UK@asus.com

If you state your serial number/doom number etc and put DOOM in the subject field with a description in the email body of the problem they will fix the issue, whatever it is. The sorted it out after doing a 2nd 'fix

Hope this helps.
